ומנין שאם אמר הריני מוחק במקום שגודשין ולפחות לו מן הדמים והריני גודש במקום שמוחקין ולהוסיף לו על הדמים שאין שומעין לו ת"ל (דברים כה, טו) איפה שלמה וצדק יהיה לך
